• Verification: Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Same method: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus terms: Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Suspicious Activity: club 9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if any suspicious activity is detected.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on club 9. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Bet finality: Confirmed bets cannot be changed.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change at any time.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Club 9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are entirely optional and subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, based on the first deposit.
• Wagering requirement: Bonus amounts generally require 10–30x wagering before withdrawal.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date — once it expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses: Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be permitted.
• Abuse: Misuse of the bonus system may result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Club 9. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to club 9 systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Fraud or harassment directed at other members.
• Unauthorized use of club 9's brand or trademarks.

Club 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded, though any bonus balance will be cancelled.

• Service disruptions caused by technical issues.
• Losing a bet due to an internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Account or password compromise resulting from the user's own negligence.
